DCS commissioned 3sixty to enhance the custom Claims Management System specific to the business. Key areas include :-
- enhanced security
- charting / statistics
- new look even easier to use screens
- increased speed and smoother workflow.
We have also adopted the latest Microsoft .NET 4 architecture sat on top of the leading enterprise server SQL Server 2008.
The changes will enable DCS to sustain their competitive edge in the market place of specialised outsourced claims management.
